A: All pieces unless indicated run true to size in sizes SML. Some items may run small or bigger than others. If this is the case we will make sure to indicate that in the description of the item. The General Women's Size Chart indicates that a S/4-6 M/8-10 L/12-14. Please keep in mind when ordering prints the print may vary from the model that is pictured as fabrics are cut in different parts of the print during the manufacturing process making every printed item slightly unique from the other.

Q: How long is it for shipping?
A: DUE TO COVID19 PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING. SHIPPING TIMES WILL INCUR DELAYS. PLEASE READ THE ESTIMATED SHIP DATE. THIS DATE IS AN "ESTIMATED" SHIP DATE AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
While we try our best to get all items shipped out as quickly as possible, please keep in mind delays can occur. Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours on business days of when your order is placed. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. All orders are processed in the order in which it is received. After your order is placed and verified standard orders can take up to 3 business days to process. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends after 2PM Friday - Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Estimated shipping dates on specialty items are just that "estimated". A:Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150. Boutique5711 ships items using USPS United States Postal Service. Depending on the size of your package we use Flat Rate Pricing beginning at $8.35. Additional shipping fees may apply. Priority Mail Express options are available at additional cost. All shipments include USPS Tracking.
Q: How do I track my package?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which indicates the estimated time of arrival. Boutique5711 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS is in receipt of the package for delivery. Please use the USPS Tracking Tool by texting your tracking number to 28777 (2USPS) or contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-222-1811 for tracking updates. You may also visit www.usps.com. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to be updated.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address indicated on your shipping notification and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
